Can we see the products before ordering in bulk?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering a single unit of each product before placing a large order — so you can see and feel the quality firsthand. Most clients are sold after holding the chocolate box once.
Can you ship directly to our clients or employees?
Yes. For larger orders, we can fulfill and ship directly to individual recipients across Canada and internationally. Contact us to set this up.
Do you offer invoicing for businesses?
Yes. For orders of CA$500+, we can issue a formal invoice for your accounts payable department. Contact us before placing your order to arrange this.
How far in advance should we order for the holidays?
We recommend placing holiday orders by November 1st to ensure delivery before December 20th. For custom branded orders, October 15th is the ideal deadline.
Can we include our own branded insert or note?
Yes — for orders of 20+, we can include a custom printed card with your company's message and branding. Send us your artwork and we'll handle the rest.
