01 - Discovery conversation

We start with a call or site visit to understand your space — dimensions, lighting, color palette, brand identity and the feeling you want to create. No guesswork. Every decision is intentional.

02 - Concept proposal
​
Steph develops a custom concept tailored to your space — format, palette, style direction and emotional tone. You receive a detailed proposal before any brush touches canvas.

03 - Creation & updates
​
Steph creates your artwork in her studio, with progress updates along the way so there are never any surprises. Your input is welcome at every stage.

04 - Delivery & installation
​
Your finished piece arrives carefully packaged with a certificate of authenticity, installation guide, and care instructions. White-glove delivery available for the Montreal and Trois-Rivières areas.

Most single pieces are completed within 4 to 6 weeks from concept approval. Multi-piece collections are typically delivered within 8 to 12 weeks. Rush timelines can be accommodated. Contact us to discuss.

Absolutely. Steph welcomes input on palette, mood, size and subject matter. The discovery conversation is designed specifically to capture your vision before any work begins.

Do you work with interior designers or project managers?
Yes, Steph regularly collaborates with designers and hospitality consultants. Trade inquiries are welcome.

Can you create multiple pieces with a cohesive look for different rooms?
This is actually where custom commissions shine. Steph can create an entire collection with a unified visual language — same palette, complementary compositions, consistent energy — tailored room by room.

What if we're not satisfied with the result?
Steph's process is designed to prevent this - the concept proposal and progress updates exist precisely so there are no surprises. In the rare event that adjustments are needed after delivery, Steph will work with you until the piece is right.
